RJM Licensing, Inc., the New Jersey-based full service licensing agency specializing in the representation of books, brands, and artists, is pleased to announce that they have signed two new licensees on to their Maisy licensing program.
The two new companies that will join the already extensive list of licensees are Briarpatch for puzzles, board games, and card games, and Basically Kids for "Books to Bed." In addition, Odyssey Books' is expanding their Maisy line by adding bath mats and shower curtains.
Briarpatch creates a fun, educational, and eco-friendly product line of developmental games and puzzles for children of all ages. Founded in 1992 by husband and wife team, John Donofrio and Martine Redman, Briarpatch's passion for quality products is based on classic literature to stimulate a child's mind. As a respected company in the toy industry, Briarpatch has been recognized for more than 300 awards for product excellence including, Dr Toy, Parents' Choice Foundation, National Association of parenting Publications, and many more.

Basically Kids' "Books to Bed" division packages pajama and bedtime book sets based on children’s favorite bedtime tales. Basically Kids' has been around since 1994, creating pajamas that encourage children to read by printing characters from all-time favorite books right on their outfits. The pajamas are made from 100% combed ringspun cotton and comply with federal sleepwear standards.

RJM Licensing is thrilled to be expanding on this licensing program. Some other Maisy Licensees include American Greetings, Yottoy and Andover Fabric. Target categories for the future include room decor, accessories, feeding items and toys.
